Monthly Rates

2026 Overnight Rate

$65 - $75 Per Night

$65 includes 30 amp electric.
$75 includes 50 amp electric.

This is the standard rate for a family of 4 (2 adults & 2 minor children)

  • Check-in is at 12:00 PM

  • Check-out is at 12:00 PM

  • Sites include water, electric, a fire ring, and a picnic table

  • No charge for pets but you must provide proof of current vaccination record
    which must include the Bordetella Vaccine to protect all of our fur babies!

2026 Monthly Rate

$850 - $1,000

RV’s can not be older than 2009

Fees & Extras

$850 includes 30 amp electric.
$1,000 includes 50 amp electric.

  • RV must not be over 15 years old

  • Sites include water and electric

    • Rates are based on calendar days - the 1st through the 30th.

    • Any additional days are to be paid on the nightly overnight rates.

2026 Seasonal Rates

$3,300.00 - $3,900.00

Rates include electricity at no additional fee.

Seasonal Sites are Available

The 2026 seasonal rate:

  • 30 amp electric sites: $3,300.00

  • 50 amp electric sites: $3,900.00

  • Sites include water, electric, a fire ring, and winter storage if staying for the next camping season

  • RV must not be over 15 years old coming in. RV’s age max is 20 years old.

  • October - September 12-month payment plan of $275 a month (30 amp) or $300 a month (50 amp)

  • Payment plans are only available through an auto-debit program or pay in full at the time of arrival.

Pro-rated for new seasonals coming in are as follows:

  • Arriving in June
    $2,640 (30 amp) $3,120 (50 amp)

  • Arriving in July Seasonals must pay in full at time of arrival.
    $1,980 (30 amp) $2,340 (50 amp)

  • Arriving in August Seasonals must pay in full at time of arrival.
    $1,320 (30 amp) $1,560 (50 amp)

  • Arriving in September Seasonals must pay in full at time of arrival.
    $660 (30 amp) $780 (50 amp)

Extras

Other fees and information:

  • Guest fees are $5.00 per person per day. Guests must register and pay upon arrival at the office.

  • No guest fees for children under 5 and seniors over 80 are free.

  • No more than 8 overnight people per campsite which includes registered family and guests.

  • Self-serve bundled firewood is $7.00 a bundle (3 for $20). Firewood deliveries are made on the weekends or self serve at our “wood shed”.

  • No Pet fees. Only 2 pets per campsite. Must provide your pets’ current proof of vaccination record along with Bordetella vaccination - no exceptions.

  • Visitors or guests coming in for the day may not bring in their pets to the campground.

  • Only 1 RV per site. Sites are for immediate family only . No sharing sites.

  • No winter storage fees for seasonals staying year after year..

We also offer a low monthly payment auto debit payment plans for seasonal spots.
